Feeds

Room probes, reefer air, and the lot sheet.

ModestGram reads the recorders and paper a cold store already runs, and writes them onto the quarantine slip. A name below is a feed we can parse. It is not a claim that the maker of that equipment sponsors the desk.

Room probe loggers

Sensitech and other in-room loggers already sit on the wall of a frozen or chilled room. ModestGram takes the probe identity, the limit the desk set for that lot, the reading, and the clock time. A repeated last value is flagged on the row so a dead probe is not treated as a quiet room. The exceedance is what lets the clerk open the slip. The logger does not release the lot.

Reefer return air

Thermo King and Carrier Transicold units can hand over setpoint and return air for the trailer on the arrival row. The dispatcher sees whether Reefer 441 was asked to hold -18°C and what the air actually did on the way in. That pair is stored with the unit number. The driver still has to accept or refuse the seal on the slip. A warm return-air line does not sign the form for them.

Lot sheet export

The warehouse already has a sheet of pallet and lot identifiers. ModestGram reads that export so slip Q-184 can name lot BR-2291, the goods, and the pallet count without a second typing at 00:12. If the sheet and the probe disagree about which lot is under the sensor, the slip keeps both and the clerk marks which cage was isolated.

Dispatch arrival window

The fleet desk already knows which unit is due, the seal number, and the window. That row is placed on the same board as the room. When the driver walks in, the open slip is the one waiting, not a blank gate form. If the unit number on the reefer feed does not match the dispatch sheet, the arrival stays in the hold queue until a person matches them.

Dock signature

A signature captured at the door is stored on the slip as accept or refuse, with the driver name and the time. It is not a picture filed in a side folder. The supervisor sees that line when deciding a release. An empty line stays empty. ModestGram will not invent a mark because the truck's GPS says it was on the yard.

Nightly file from the recorder

Some houses will not open a live port. A CSV dropped from the recorder after the shift still loads: room, probe, reading, limit, time. The clerk can open a slip from that file before the pass-down, with the same fields as a live exceedance. Live is better when the driver is already in the lane. The file is there for the desk that is not ready to open a socket.

If your recorder is not named

Write the desk and attach a sample night with the probe names removed if you need to. We say whether the file can become an exceedance. Start from the desk on the board. The only address is support@modestgram.com.
